Tiffany Carpenter is a personal shopper who has coordinated and managed the clothes for major Pageant and Reality Shows in the California area.  She has participated in many pageants and is a former model.

Tiffany was a retail manager for the GAP for 18 years and loves the world of fashion. She has worked as a sales professional for independently owned hair and beauty products.  She has also worked with women’s makeup for many Nordstrom’s customers.  Tiffany's specialty is comfy styles in everyday life. 

Tiffany grew up with successful, motivating parents who taught her the value of work and the respect and importance of customer service. As a teen Tiffany had the opportunity to work in the local pageant circuit helping girls with their wardrobe choices and helping to boost their confidence and believing in themselves that “they could do it.”  This is where Tiffany’s passion for fashion and helping others to look and be their best was born.

Yvette is a beauty empowerment coach and the founder of Yvette Ervin Beauty, YEB.  The company was founded to assist women and girls in creating a powerful self image from within while communicating a beautiful, glowing presence from without.  Yvette believes that beauty is power and inspires clients to "do you," in the most honorable way. 

She draws from her years of experience as an international model, an entrepreneur and an expert in the world of fashion and beauty.
What motivated her to start Y.E.B. is recognizing that "all women are beautiful and unique. I just give them the tools and knowledge to bring it to another level."

Clients benefit from Y.E.B. by defining their own beauty and learn what works for them to communicate who they are.  Looking to the future, Yvette would like to be a voice which helps the world change how we see beauty in the 21st century.
